As someone who helps develop and organise small businesses I am very dependent on my computer and a large percentage of my business is conducted via e-mail. Having spent a week away I was horrified to come home and on opening my computer on Monday morning being told I have a very serious virus – with mention of Trojans, worms and other nasties!

I immediately sent an e-mail to Wayne Thompson of DoSo and although he was out all day at a BNI Training event, I received a phone call from his colleague Simon within 10 minutes. He confirmed that I did have a very serious virus and suggested I took my laptop round to their offices asap.

Both Simon and Martin at DoSo were extremely professional, helpful and understanding of the situation. They did not bombard me with ‘jargon’ but explained what they would do, how long it would take and costs involved. They obviously appreciated the urgency of the situation and I left my laptop in their capable hands.

I received a message later in the day saying all the problems had been solved and luckily, the virus had not affected any data so the job did not end up costing me a fortune.

I would certainly recommend DoSo to anyone that has a problem, especially ‘non tech ie’ people who love their computers until things go wrong. It is then time to pass it on to the experts – which Wayne and his team at DoSo certainly are.
